Google Voice mess up

So as I was checking something else on an old email address no one at fwa uses , I saw over 50 or more
Google voice emails asking about sessions in different cities over the past 9 months. I would just like to tell everyone how sorry I am , that this happened, Ive know fixed the issue so you can still use the
